How wide should a man’s ring be?

There are various types of widths when it comes to men’s rings, but to simplify we divide them into three parts: 

Slim - 4mm

Medium - 6mm

Wide - 8mm

 

8mm is the most common ring width. However, many choose a 6mm or 10mm width ring as well. Larger the finger, the wider the ring.

Men with finger sizes under 9 prefer 6 mm wide rings, for not to make the ring look big in comparison to their hand. Ring sizes above 9 tend to prefer 8mm or 10 mm rings.

The size may not always be related to the ring size, as it all boils down to personal preference.
